The Studio

Our semi-private mini studio is set on the edge of Görlizerpark, in a semi industrial warehouse conversion overlooking the Berlin ‘High Line’.  Our room accommodates 8 students for yoga and 12 for meditation. Our intimate environment supports learning and growing with plenty of time with your teacher.

We provide high quality yoga mats, handmade linen meditation cushions and serve artisan teas in the summer and warm chai in the winter months.

The Dream Haus exists to support creativity, contemplation and create space for the deep work of cultivating attention, inspiration and insight.

The studio is opens 15mins before classes are scheduled , so check ahead before dropping by.

 

The Teacher

The Dream Haus is the private practice of Phoebe Kiddo. Phoebe’s introduction to meditation came via the Buddhist tradition some 20 years ago. After reading her father’s copy of Sogyal Rinpoche’s The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, she began practicing some of meditations included in the book, inspired to learn more about meditation she undertook formal training in Tibetan Buddhist practices at Rigpa Melbourne.

Phoebe became a certified Yoga instructor with the Australian Yoga Academy in 2007, and carried on to further develop her studies of meditation and yoga practices including Buddhist Psychology, Vedic meditation, Zen, Osho meditations, Tantric meditation and Mindfulness. Phoebe was on the teaching faculty of Australian Yoga Academy’s renowned Yoga Teacher Training program between 2007-2011, heading up all meditation based modules and now directs the curriculum and teaches 200 Hour Mindful Meditation Training.

Phoebe is a qualified Mindfulness Trainer (MBSR), E-RYT 500Hr Yoga Teacher, Präventionkurs provider,  Youth Mindfulness Teacher, committed to constantly developing her own practices and teaching. She runs Mindful Meditation Certification (inc. MBSR) in both Berlin and Melbourne, teaches mindfulness courses, trains in businesses and is an active electronic music artist.
