Yoga

Yoga is mindfulness in motion. It creates strength, flexibility, develops lean muscle and promotes a calm attitude to challenge. Inspired by traditional forms of Ashtanga and Tao Yin yoga, our classes incorporate modern structural and physiological knowledge to ensure a safe and beneficial practice. All classes conclude with guided mindful meditation to promote clarity and insight.

We offer Yoga Präventionkurs for all  levels, subsidized by most German Krankenkasse. Each course includes 10 classes and is limited to 8 students, you receive plenty of care and personal attention.

No Doctors certificate is required and most insurance companies offer 2 courses per year of your choice. At the end of the course simply send your certificate of attendance along with your receipt of payment to receive a rebate directly into your bank account.
