Given the digital nature of the services provided no refund will be given. If you are unable to attend training due to illness or another life event, you are welcome to reschedule for the next course enrolment.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after completing the course, we will consider a refund for you if you submit proof of completion, and proof of implementation and agree to have a 60 min call with me to discuss why the course was not a good fit for you.

If you need support during the course please reach out to our community manager, who will offer compassionate guidance and appropraite adaptions that might help you finish the program.
