Hi, I’m Phoebe.

I empower stressed, distracted city folks to make wise choices that lead them toward a meaningful and fulfilling life.

My meditation practice stretches back 25 years and I have over 15 years of professional yoga and meditation teaching under my belt.

I’ve trained with leading meditation teachers and scholars including Jon Kabat-Zinn, Kristen Neff, Jack Kornfield, Center for Mindfulness Research, Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Alan Wallace, Bhikkhu Analayo, Barre Center for Buddhist Studies, Rigpa Australia, Lama Rod Owens and more.

I have helped over 1000 people to change their relationships with stress and take become more present, resilient and focused on the important stuff, like living well!

In an age of overwhelm, mindfulness is an essential tool to help us experience the beauty and joy of this life.

Is this course for me?

This course is comprehensive training in mindfulness with a focus on reducing stress and finding more freedom from suffering.

It is suitable for total beginners to intermediate practitioners.

I facilitate with a trauma-sensitive and compassionate approach.

You will need to implement what you learn, and yes, practice mindfulness to see significant changes!

Dedicate 20-30 mins a day for the duration of the course for practice and reading/reflection.

No one has “spare time”, you have to prioritize yourself and make time! Doing so is a huge part of beginning to live more mindfully.

Even if you can’t make the live sessions you can follow along on the online portal.You will receive a recording of thee weekly practice session, and all students receive theoretical info via the email and video. Plus the online community. You’re gonna be fine!
