  • 1 x 90 min kick-off session

  • 7 x 60m weekly zoom calls

  • Voxer support between sessions

  • Resources, meditations, worksheets as needed

    Accepting 3 clients per month only

    (2000€, payment plans available)

Single Session

In this 90 min session, we delve into a single topic, this is perfect if you need a little boost, clarity or support on a single topic.

  • Intro questionnaire so we get clear and dive in

  • 1 x 90 min zoom call

  • Voxer Support for 1 week

    (350€, 4 slots per month)

In one-one coaching, we work together to break through and make progress towards your chosen goal. You come with a topic that’s dear to your heart, and I draw from my mind-body toolbox to support your healing and growth.
