In this 90 min session, we delve into a single topic, this is perfect if you need a little boost, clarity or support on a single topic.

In one-one coaching, we work together to break through and make progress towards your chosen goal. You come with a topic that’s dear to your heart, and I draw from my mind-body toolbox to support your healing and growth.
